Head of Procurement

As Head of Procurement, your contribution will help expedite our growth as you’ll be responsible for continuously improving the profitability of the business whilst upholding our business ethos.

Reporting directly to our Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will lead the procurement team and will be responsible for building effective relationships as well as delivering savings and efficiencies for the business. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement procurement strategies that support the overall supply chain strategy for current and future business requirements.

Mars-Global Acceleration Manager Comms Lab

This is an amazing role where you get to work across all Mars segments and regions where you will work with the Mars Segment insights, marketing, and media teams to improve existing tools and pilot new ones to support content development, media planning and communication strategy development.

You will also work in close partnership with the Mars Horizon insights team and the segment insights teams to develop and deploy tools, white papers and key beliefs to various units, to improve decisions in the area of Marketing Communications

There will be hybrid working with this role, 1-2 days a week in the Paddington office.
